What does this index measure?+
The median sale price, monthly rent and sale price per square meter, per city, in US dollars. They are computed from the active listings published on Yolisto by verified agencies.
Where does the data come from?+
From Yolisto's catalog of active listings. These are asking prices published by agencies; the final price of a transaction may differ from the listed one.
How often is it updated?+
Medians are recomputed live from the catalog. This page and the open JSON regenerate at least once a day.
Why is my city missing?+
We only publish cities with at least 3 active listings. With a smaller sample the median would be the price of a single listing, and publishing it as an index would be misleading.
