What does Yolisto cost?
Nothing. Searching, viewing listings, saving searches, receiving alerts and contacting an agency are free and always will be. Yolisto charges agencies and developers, never the person looking for a home.
How do alerts work?
Run a search with the filters you care about, hit Save search and give it a name. Whenever a matching property is published, you get an email. You can keep several saved searches, pause them individually, or turn all alerts off at once from your account.
Alerts only start once you confirm your email. That is one click in the message we send when you sign up.
Who replies when I contact a listing?
The agency that published that property, directly. Yolisto does not sit in the middle: your details go to that agency and only that one, so they can answer you about that property.
Are prices in US dollars?
Yes. The Venezuelan property market operates in dollars and prices are shown exactly as the agency publishes them.
Can I trust the listings?
Only properties from verified agencies appear publicly. Even so, always verify on your own before handing over money: ask for documents, confirm ownership, and be suspicious of anyone asking for an advance transfer to "hold" a property you have not seen or verified.

I am outside Venezuela, can I buy remotely?
