This Cookie Policy applies to the website yolisto.app, operated by CIIGMA TECHNOLOGIES S.L., Tax ID (NIF) B26584524, with registered office at Calle Ruiz 14, 2º Izq., 28004 Madrid (Spain), registered with the Commercial Registry of Madrid, sheet M-876098. Contact: legal@yolisto.app.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites store in the user's browser or device when they visit. Among other things, they allow the site to work properly, remember preferences, or collect statistical information about how the site is used. In this policy, the term "cookies" also covers similar technologies, such as browser local storage or equivalent identifiers.
3. Which cookies Yolisto uses
All the cookies in the table in section 4 are first-party cookies: Yolisto sets and reads them.
3.1 Technical cookies (no consent needed)
These are the cookies the Platform needs to work: they keep registered users and agencies logged in, protect sign-in with Google and remember the choice you make in the cookie notice. In addition, when you submit a form, the Platform runs a security check from its hosting provider in your browser to tell people apart from automated programs; it is used for that purpose only. These cookies and checks are exempt from consent under Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE, because they are strictly necessary to provide the service you request.
3.2 Campaign-measurement cookie (only with your consent)
If you accept it, Yolisto stores in your browser the campaign or website you came to the Platform from (for example, the name of a campaign included in the link you clicked, or the site that sent you here). If you then sign up or take one of the actions we measure (for example, managing your favourites), that origin is linked to our own measurement of Platform use, which may be linked to your account. It tells us which campaigns and outreach channels bring us users.
This cookie is not set unless you accept it, and rejecting it does not stop you from using Yolisto normally.
3.3 Cookies we do NOT use
Yolisto does not use advertising, commercial profiling or third-party analytics cookies, and does not sell browsing data to third parties. We do not build profiles or take automated decisions about you with the information in the campaign-measurement cookie.
If we add any other cookie that requires your consent in the future, we will update this policy first, and the cookie will not be set until you accept it.

5. Legal basis and consent
Technical cookies are used on the basis of Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE and do not require consent.
The campaign-measurement cookie is only used with your consent (Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE). The subsequent processing of the origin linked to our own usage measurement is also based on that consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), as explained in the Privacy Policy.
When you first visit Yolisto, a cookie notice lets you choose:
- Accept: you authorise the campaign-measurement cookie.
- Reject: no cookie that requires consent is set.
- Settings: lets you decide by purpose before saving your choice.
Until you choose, the campaign-measurement cookie is not set; continuing to browse without choosing does not count as accepting it.
We remember your choice for a maximum of 24 months. After that period, or if we change the cookies that require consent or their purposes, we will ask you to choose again.
6. How to change your choice or withdraw consent
You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every Yolisto page. If you withdraw consent, the campaign-measurement cookie is deleted from your browser and we stop linking your origin to the actions you take from then on. Without your consent we do not collect that origin by other means either, for example when you sign up. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it; for data already recorded you can exercise the rights described in the Privacy Policy.
You can also delete or block cookies from your browser. Instructions are available in each browser's help pages (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Please note that blocking technical cookies prevents you from staying logged in and from using sign-in with Google, and that if you delete the cookie that stores your choice, the cookie notice will appear again.
7. Retention and international transfers
Each cookie stays in your browser for the period shown in the table in section 4. The origin that the campaign-measurement cookie links to our own usage measurement is kept in accordance with section 7 of the Privacy Policy.
The cookies in the table in section 4 are first-party cookies and do not share data with third parties. The information they collect is stored with the help of the providers that process data on Yolisto's behalf, some of them in the United States; the list of providers and the safeguards for those international transfers are in sections 5.2 and 6 of the Privacy Policy.
8. Updates to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when the cookies used, their purposes or the applicable law change. The current version will always be the one published on the Platform, with its update date.
